A complete corporate website developed to present industrial services, receive quotation requests, and centralise the company’s digital contact points.

Challenge

A construction and industrial services company needed a complete digital presence to explain its offering, establish commercial trust, and receive enquiries through a channel it controlled.

Before the website, presenting the full service range depended largely on direct conversations and isolated campaigns. The new site needed to become a central reference where prospective clients could understand the company, explore its capabilities, and move towards requesting a quotation.

The content covered different areas, including construction and civil works, security systems, and automation. These services, corporate information, calls to action, and contact flows had to be organised into a clear experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

The platform also needed to remain editable after launch, so routine content changes would not require rebuilding pages from scratch. No verified baseline traffic, lead, or conversion metrics were available, so the challenge is documented through the confirmed operational and commercial requirements.

Solution

My responsibility was the complete development of the public website in WordPress using Oxygen Builder.

I implemented the page structure, main navigation, responsive behaviour, service sections, corporate content, calls to action, and contact areas. The result translated the project requirements into a coherent public experience while keeping the content inside an editable WordPress installation.

Quotation and subscription flows were implemented with Fluent Forms. SendGrid was configured as the authenticated delivery service for the notifications generated by those forms, providing a more controlled email path than relying solely on the server’s default mail function.

The WordPress and Oxygen foundation gives the company a practical way to update copy, service information, and commercial sections as its needs evolve.

This case attributes the website development and technical integrations to my work. It does not attribute the industrial services, commercial claims, brand identity, or any external visual-design contribution to my individual role.

Outcome

The project was published as a complete, publicly accessible corporate website with service navigation, company information, calls to action, quotation paths, and subscription forms.

The company now has an owned platform for presenting its capabilities and directing visitors towards contact, rather than explaining the complete offering only through private conversations or separate campaigns.

Fluent Forms centralises the information submitted through the site, while SendGrid provides authenticated delivery for the resulting notifications. The WordPress implementation also creates an editable base for future content and commercial updates.

No verified performance, lead-generation, or conversion measurements are available. The confirmed outcomes are therefore the published website, its commercial structure, functional forms, authenticated email integration, and maintainable content foundation.
