Challenge

The team managed requests through scattered messages and spreadsheets without a clear source of truth.

Solution

I designed a dense but readable interface with statuses, filters, and request-level detail. The priority was to make reviewing, comparing, and acting on information straightforward.

Outcome

The flow is ready to connect to existing APIs and expand into permissions, history, and reporting.
